The Division of Medical Education at the University of Southern California presents our 7th annual Innovations in Medical Education (IME) Conference on February 25 and 26, 2012. The IME conference joins together a community of educators interested in promoting change through innovation in health professions education. We have prepared an exciting and stimulating program with outstanding conference workshops, plenary speakers, research papers and cool ideas seeking collaborators. We invite you to participate by presenting your innovative work in health professions education.
Conference Goals:
Discuss, assess, and report on educational innovations and discoveries in the health professions
Develop skills in specific areas of teaching, educational leadership, and personal effectiveness
Interact and collaborate with other health professions educators interested in educational reform in academic medicine and health professions education
Accreditation
The Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California designates this educational activity for a maximum of 11.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The California State Board of Registered Nursing accepts courses approved for category 1 credit as meeting the continuing education requirements for license renewal.
