**Submissions Guidelines **

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical papers (max 6 pages) for presentation at the conference and publication in the IEEE MENACOMM 2018 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore; publishing of the papers will be subject to IEEE approval of the form and the quality of the papers.
Full papers will be blind reviewed by at least two reviewers. All papers should be submitted via EDAS, using standard IEEE conference templates, through the following link: https://edas.info/N23976.
