IPRM 2011 - 23rd International Conference on Indium Phosphide and Related Materials

IPRM-2011 is the 23rd event of this highly renowned conference series established in 1989. The conference will continue the tradition of bringing together scientists from academia and industry to share recent developments in the field. Major conference topics will include advances in materials, devices, processing, and applications in telecom and datacom, defense, sensors and imaging. As a new topical area "Photonic integration technologies" will be addressed to highlight the regained importance of this technology which is quite specific to InP.

Papers are solicited that address but are not limited to the following areas:
