Where it once sat as a service to the side, universities are now repositioning IT to be an enabler for change and to drive improvements across the core functions of university business - teaching, learning, research and community engagement. However, as students and academic staff demand more and market competition increases, the challenges of linking ever-changing business strategy with technology continue to grow.
