Scope
This conference provides an idea-exchange and discussion platform for the world’s engineers and academia, where internationally recognized researches and practitioners share cutting-edge information, address the hottest issue in information management, technical management and intelligent technology, explore new technologies, exchange and build upon ideas and provide researchers and practitioners interested in new information technologies an opportunity to highlight innovative research directions, novel applications, and a growing number of relationships between management and intelligent technology such areas as information management, decision support system, e-business and web intelligence, etc. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry.

Proceedings:

All accepted papers will be published by IEEE Computer Society Conference Service Publishing (CPS) , all accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore, and arranged for indexing through IEE INSPEC, Ei Compendex, ISTP and other indexing services.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review by November 10, 2010 in PDF or Word format. All papers must be written in English. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The submission process is carried through ICITI conference management system (http://www.iciti-conf.org/submission). The manuscripts must follow the IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, 10-point font in the text. Please use the LaTeX style file or Microsoft Word template to prepare your final version, including figures, tables and references. A standard paper should not exceed 4 pages (extra pages <=2). All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions or poster sessions.
