The 11NCEE is accepting two paper types for the proceedings: The full paper option has a limit of ten pages, and the extended abstract paper option has a limit of four pages. Paper body text will be Times Roman 12-point and single spaced.
Submission of Abstracts
The Call for Papers is now closed. We are no longer accepting abstract submissions for the 11NCEE.
Selection Criteria for Abstracts
Clarity of concepts; objectivity; organization; significance of the technical material; value as an original contribution; clarification or extension of existing information or concepts; adequacy; and treatment of the subject; freedom from commercialism.
Notification of Provisional Acceptance
Authors will receive email notification of provisional acceptance of their abstracts by August 31, 2017. After an initial abstract is provisionally accepted the author will write either an extended abstract or a full paper. Format requirements for submission of full and extended abstract papers will accompany the notification of provisional acceptance.
Submission of Papers for Review
Final papers, both full and extended abstracts, must be received by November 15, 2017. A non-refundable deposit of $350 must accompany the submission of each paper. The author/payee will receive a coupon code to apply a discount towards their conference registration. Each $350 deposit can be applied once toward the conference registration of any of the authors. An author can apply up to two credits toward their conference registration. Final papers will be reviewed using the same criteria as for abstracts; however, the papers will also be reviewed for relevance to the topic for which they are proposed. http://submissions.mirasmart.com/11NCEE/login.aspx
Notification of Final Acceptance
Authors will receive review comments and confirmation of acceptance of their papers by February 15, 2018. Final revised papers will be due by March 1, 2018.
