The 2011 International Conference on Information Security and Intelligence Control (ISIC2011) will be held in Jilin, China, during August. 13-15, 2011. ISIC 2010 was the first International Workshop on Information Security and Intelligence Control, and it was in conjunction with the 4th International Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computing (ICGEC 2010).all papers were in the ICGEC 2010 Proceedings.

ISIC2011 aims to promote the research, development and application of intelligent computing and control by providing a vibrant and effective forum across a variety of disciplines for engineers and scientists in academia, university and industry. All accepted papers in ISIC2011 will be published by IEEE CPS and indexed by IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex,Full Text), Thomson ISTP, DBLP. Furthermore, extended versions of selected papers will be published in SCI-indexed Journals ：International Journal of Innovative Computing, Information and Control (IJICIC)，journal of Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (JIH-MSP).
