Since the establishment in 1961, SICE has been a leading academic society in Japan for a wide range of fields including measurement, control, system/information, system integration, and related industrial applications. The SICE Annual Conference has started its history in 1962. Since 2002 the official language of the conference is English for global activities.
The conference covers a wide range of fields from measurement and control to system analysis and design, from theory to application and from software to hardware. Newly developed interdisciplinary ideas and concepts transferable from one field to another are especially welcome.
