DATE is the top scientific event in Design, Automation, and Test of microelectronics and embedded systems for the academic and industrial research communities worldwide. It provides a unique networking opportunity, bringing together designers and design automation users, researchers and vendors, as well as specialists in hardware and software design, test and manufacturing of electronic circuits and systems.
In 2018, the conference will take place again in Dresden, Germany, after successful editions in 2010, 2012, 2014, and 2016. The International Congress Center Dresden with its state-of-the-art conference facilities is located on the banks of the river Elbe and provides a spectacular view of the historic city centre. It is easily and quickly accessible by public transport and within walking distance to downtown Dresden with all its popular sights such as the rebuilt Frauenkirche. The Saxon State capital Dresden is recognized for its cutting-edge technology and economy sector in Germany and abroad.
