The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners working on different aspects of eye tracking field in an effort to highlight the state-of-the-art and enable prospective researchers to identify and discuss the challenges, opportunities and new ideas concerning this subject.
The scope of the workshop includes, but is not limited to:
Eye tracking and gaze interaction in healthcare
Visualization and visual analytics techniques for eye-movement data
Visual gaze and eye-movement data-analysis, including visual data mining, aggregation, clustering techniques, and metrics for eye movement data, data precision and accuracy
Calibration of eye movement data signal
Events detection (fixations and saccades)
Gaze-based user interfaces
Eye movement modelling
Eye movement signal visualization
Data mining of eye movement signal
Improving man machine interactions for people with disabilities
Eye movement applications in testing interface usability
Eye movement applications in marketing
Eye movement in security systems
Usage of eye movement signal in cognitive processes
Publication
All accepted papers will be printed in the conference proceedings published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series on-line. Procedia Computer Sciences is hosted on www.Elsevier.com and on Elsevier content platform ScienceDirect (www.sciencedirect.com), and will be freely available worldwide. All papers in Procedia will also be indexed by Thomson Reuters' Conference Proceeding Citation Index http://thomsonreuters.com/conference-proceedings-c.... The papers will contain linked references, XML versions and citable DOI numbers. You will be able to provide a hyperlink to all delegates and direct your conference website visitors to your proceedings. All accepted papers will also be indexed in DBLP (http://dblp.uni-trier.de/).
