Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit original and unpublished technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore.
The 23rd Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC2017) will be held in Perth, Western Australia, Australia, a vibrant, yet easy-going city surrounded by natural attractions. Since 1993, APCC has been the forum for researchers and engineers in the Asia‐Pacific region to present and discuss about advanced information and communication technologies and services, while opening the door to the world at the same time.
