IEA/AIE 2018 - 31st International Conference on Industrial, Engineering & Other Applications of Applied Intelligent Systems
Topics/Call fo Papers
IEA/AIE 2018 continues the tradition of emphasizing applications of applied intelligent systems to solve real-life problems in all areas including engineering, science, industry, automation & robotics, business & finance, medicine and biomedicine, bioinformatics, cyberspace, and human-machine interactions.
Authors are invited to submit their papers in English of up to 10 single spaced pages, presenting the results of original research or innovative practical applications relevant to the conference. Practical experiences with state-of-the-art AI methodologies are also acceptable when they reect lessons of unique value to the conference attendees. Shorter works, up to 6 pages, to be presented in 10 minutes, may be submitted as short papers representing work in progress or suggesting possible research directions. All paper submissions will be done electronically, as indicated in the instructions on the conference web site. All papers will be peer reviewed and nal copies of papers for inclusion to the conference proceedings will be published in a bound volume by Springer-Verlag (formatting instructions are available at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html) in their Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence series.
