FIM-DFM 2017 - International Symposium on Face Identity Management with Different Face Modalities

Aim: Face recognition is one of most challenging research areas in machine vision and pattern classification. The variability in the appearance of face images, either due to intrinsic and extrinsic factors, makes the identification problem ill-posed. To understand the key areas of different face recognition modalities including 2D and 3D visible face, unconstrained face and heterogeneous face recognitions, face anti-spoofing, etc., this mini-symposium will provide a platform for researchers, academicians and industry people to discuss the problems and exchange ideas for the existing problems.
