issx 2011 - 4th Asia Pacific Regional ISSX Meeting

Poster Presenters should note the following in preparing their posters for display at the meeting:

1. The dimensions of the poster board: H157 cm x W87 cm.
2. The material of the poster boards are fabric. Push-pins and a wall stapler will be provided by us at the venue.
3. Set-up time: 8:00-8:30, April 23, Saturday;

Tear-down time: 17:30-18:00, April 24, Sunday

Poster award ceremony: 17:00-17:30, April 24, Sunday
4. Poster presentation time: 12:50-14:00, on both April 23 and24.

Please note: Authors who had indicated an interest in oral presentation will be scheduled after their registration forms are received before January 31, 2011.
