The goal of ICGI 2017 is to provide a forum for scientists, engineers, and researchers to discuss and exchange their new ideas, novel results, work in progress and experiences on all aspects of green and sustainable computing, communications, and conservation of energy.

For regular papers, the page should be 6-8 pages.
For short papers, the page should be 4-6 pages.
