Topics/Call fo Papers

The area of graph theory can be traced back as far as Leonhard Euler's paper discussing Konigsberg and its bridges, Solutio problematis ad geometriam situs pertinentis, in 1736. Since then graphs have been widely used to represent data and relationships. Some of the more recent applications of graph theory include representations of the World Wide Web - files being represented by vertices and links as (directed) edges.
The topics of interests include but are not limited to:
Tools for the effective visualisation of graphs
Advances in graph drawing algorithms
Applications of graph theory such as
The use of graph theory for analysing and visualising parallel and distributed algorithms (reachability graphs of communicating processes)
Graph theory applied to VLSI
The use of graph theory for analysing and visualising scheduling systems
Radio network planning based upon graph theory
Graphs for timetabling systems
The visualisation of hypegraphs
Project management using PERT diagrams
Algorithms and software for drawing orthogonal graphs
Algorithms and software for drawing force directed graphs
Algorithms and software for drawing hierarchical graphs
The use of graph-based visualization tools for ‘big data’
