With accelerating developments in information and communication technologies, there is a rapid change in planning, development, deployment and use models of information. Greater skills are required by providers and end users to harness the true potential of such technologies.

Encouraged by the success of past four conferences, twice in India; once in Dubai; and once in Bangkok; the fifth ICISTM will again be in India. The conference aims to bring together developers, users, academicians and researchers in the Information technology and business community for sharing and exploring new areas of research and development in the knowledge economy.
