The 2nd IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Sciences (ICSESS 2011) will be held on July 15~17, 2011 in Beijing, China. This conference will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Software Engineering, Management science and services, Web Information Systems and Applications, Computer Network and Application Technology, Knowledge Management and E-Business and E-Commerce. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Software computer engineering and service sciences.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
