Welcome to the official website of the 2017 International Conference on Education, Culture and Social Development. ICECSD are supported by IETI and assisted by Higher Inclusive Education Resources Center of Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan; School of Economics and Management, Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, Jilin; College of Humanities and Creativity, National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taiwan; Faculty of Sports Sciences, University of Murcia, Spain; Graduate Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Western Greece, Greece; CNKI; Wanfang Data; Airiti; Wuhan One Cherry. The goal of ICECSD Conferences is to facilitate an exchange of information on best practices for Education, Humanity and Social Science, addressing the problems and opportunities of a sustainable future. ICECSD will provide a forum for teachers, students, researchers, engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address the most innovative research and development including technical challenges, social and economic issues, and to present and discuss their ideas, results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences. ICECSD 2017 will be held in Wuhan, China from Jan 7-8, 2017.

The accepted papers will be published by Atlantis in 【Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research (ISSN 2352-5398)】. Atlantis will submit the proceedings to CPCI （ISTP), and Organizing Committee will submit proceedings to CNKI and Wanfang and Airiti for indexing.
