The 2010 International Conference on Management Science and Information Engineering sponsored by IEEE will be held on December 17-19, 2010 in Zhengzhou, China. You are invited to submit papers in all fields of Management Sciences， Computer science, Information Management, and other inter disciplines. The aim objective of ICMSIE 2010 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Management Science, Computer application and Information Management.
