At the end of the Nineteen-Eighties, the International Conference on Persons (ICP) was set up to promote dialogue between different philosophical traditions on the theme of the person.
The first International Conference on Persons was held in 1989 at Mansfield College, University of Oxford.
The 14th International Conference on Persons (ICP) will be hosted by the Department of Humanities, University of Calabria, Rende, Italy from 24th to 27th May 2017.
Papers in any area or discipline are welcome, so long as their themes are relevant to the idea and or concept of persons, personhood, and personality.
