The 2010 International Conference on Services Science, Management and Engineering (SSME 2010) will be held in Tianjin, China during December 26-28, 2010. SSME 2010 is an international forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of Service Science, Management and Engineering. The SSME 2010 will also include presentations of contributed papers and state-of-the-art lectures by invited keynote speakers. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
Scope of Conference
The International Conference on Service Science, Management and Engineering is the premier forum for the presentation of new technological advances and research results in the fields of Service Science, Management and Engineering. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. Submission of Papers
SSME 2010 invites authors to submit original, unpublished papers. Simultaneous submissions to other publication venues are not permitted. Papers should not exceed 4 pages of text using 10-point size type on A4 inch paper (Word Template). All submitted papers (in PDF) could be written in either English or Chinese (both can be EI indexed). Each paper will be reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work. All accepted papers will be published by IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP. Authors of selected papers (nearly 15% of all accepted papers) will be invited to submit revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in well-known international journals (EI indexed), and some papers written in Chinese will be recommended to publish in Chinese core journals. People attending the conference will receive elegant souvenirs and experience Italian Christmas.
