The 10th International Conference on Frontier of Computer Science and Technology (FCST 2016) will be held at Nagasaki, Japan, November 11-13, 2016. FCST 2016 is intended to facilitate effective communication and exchanges all of the world. It will not only reflect the significant advances that are currently being made in computer science and technology, but also represent a powerful and unique forum for discussing innovative, cutting-edge advances in all aspects of computer science and technology from researchers and practitioners in academia, government and corporate institutions around the globe.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 8 pages in A4 format, including tables, figures, references and appendixes, in IEEE Computer Society proceedings format with Portable Document Format (.pdf).

Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work.
