Urdu Internet Society:
The Urdu Internet Society, is the extended framework of Urdu Internet Council which was founded with the aim to unite language base Internet communities and to develop latest Internet Layer with the Excellence. Urdu Internet Society also provides support for Policy Development Process for ICT and Information Security for Local & Global Community interest. Urdu Internet Society also has support from Academia and arranging Capacity Building and Awareness Seminars & brain Storming Sessions for Researchers and Experts.
Secure Asia 2011 at Pakistan:
Group Leader Islamabad Chapter of Urdu Internet Society (UISoc) and Member of Pakistan Information Security Association (PISA), Mr Atif Nazar Ali has engaged 'International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium' (ISC)2 to conduct "Information Security Asia Conference 2011" in Pakistan. This will be the 1st International Information Security Conference in Pakistan. Urdu Internet Society fully support this important initiative and has offered its services as Organizing Partner of the Conference. Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST) and Pakistan Technology Board (PTB) have principally agreed to become the Primary Partner to Organize and Host the event. IEEE, Pakistan also has confirmed their support for the event.

Urdu Internet Society invites proposals from Volunteers & Researchers from Not-for-Profit organizations and Educational Institutions (Academia) for the Information Security Asia Conference 2011, which is being hosted by Pakistan next year (in March or October 2011).
On behalf of "Urdu Internet Society", we seek your contribution, suggestion and Research Papers for this Information Security Event "Secure Asia Conference 2011".
What is important for us:
Following information is important to manage and host this event:
- Willingness to Support Secure Asia Conference 2011.
- Willingness to Participate in the Secure Asia Conference 2011.
- Willingness to be a Speaker or Presenter of Papers or to hold a Meeting/ Workshop.
