This conference is jointly organized by the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, National Taiwan University, the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. The purpose of this conference is to provide a forum for researchers, scientists and engineers all over the world to exchange ideas and discuss recent progress in the fields of electrical engineering and computer science.
