“2016 Fourth International Conference on Parallel, Distributed and Grid Computing (PDGC)” being organized by the Department of CSE and IT, Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India 22-24 December, 2016 (http://www.juit.ac.in/pdgc-2016/index1.php). The proceedings will be published by the IEEE and will be included in IEEE Xplore.

The topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Distributed Systems, Parallel Computer Systems, Networks and Interconnection Networks, Network-based Computing, Dependable Computing and Systems, Cluster and Grid Computing, Cloud Computing, Multimedia and Service Networking, Peer-to-Peer Computing, Big Data Computing, Security and Privacy and Petri Nets.
In addition, authors of high quality selected presented papers in PDGC 2016 in the areas covered by the following special issues will be invited to resubmit their extended manuscripts (substantially revised, expanded and rewritten) for possible publication. Further such authors will meet the copy right permission requirements of the journal concerned. These special issues are Scopus indexed journals. We would like to emphasize that there will be no extra charges for the publication in our special Issues.

Authors are invited to submit full papers in English of not more than 6 pages (including figures, tables & references) in IEEE double-column format. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under submission elsewhere. All articles will be reviewed for scientific quality by the Technical Program Committee (TPC) and external reviewers. Papers must be submitted electronically (in PDF format) via on-line submission using the EDAS system at the following link: (http://edas.info/N22469) are requested to submit papers as well as promote this event amongst your colleagues and friends, and encourage them to submit their paper before the deadline (July 15, 2016).
