SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE
The 19th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications (WPMC 2016) will be held at Shenzhen, China from the 13th to the 16th of November, 2016. The theme of this year's conference is Interconnecting Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications. In addition to high-quality technical sessions, the symposium will feature exciting keynotes, workshops and tutorials. It will also offer a fantastic social program.
WPMC 2016 is technically sponsored by the IEEE ComSoc and IEEE ComSoc Beijing Chapter. All accepted and presented papers in technical sessions and workshops will be published in the conference proceedings, the IEEE Xplore as well as EI and other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical papers reporting original research of theoretical or applied nature for presentation at the conference and publication in the WPMC 2016 Proceedings. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The manuscripts must be prepared in English, following IEEE two-column Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings with a maximum length of six (6) printed pages without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional pages are allowed with over length page charge of USD100 for each page if accepted). Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted.
All papers for the WPMC 2016 main tracks or workshops should be submitted via EDAS using https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=22389. Only pdf files are accepted.
