The Seventh Annual Conference on Communication Networks and Services Research (CNSR 2009) will be held in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, May 11-13, 2009 at the Delta Hotel Moncton. This annual conference is jointly sponsored by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency's Atlantic Innovation Fund, Universit¨¦ de Moncton, Dalhousie University, and the University of New Brunswick. The proceedings from the CNSR2009 conference will be archived in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. CNSR 2009 is sponsored in cooperation with the IEEE Communications Society and the Association of Computing Machinery.
