Why Should You Attend:
Many people think that civility is the same thing as manners which are just social skills and so they dismiss the need for civility training. There is a huge measurable consequence of making this mistake.
The reality is that many organizations struggle to find budget for strategic training and training budgets are often the first line when it comes to budget cuts. However, due to chronic change - in workplace demographics, economy, technology etc., morale and productivity are suffering and employees need more training than ever.
The problem is that many organizations don't know what to train - they train the "hot topic of the month" or the generic, over-trained topics that they've always trained.
The Civility Matrix offers an opportunity to teach social skills training in 4 core areas that underpin an ability to be civil at work - and civility at work has been proven to increase morale, productivity, trust, competency and so much more.
