The Journal of Creating Value publishes in-depth articles and papers that focus on Customer Value and Value Creation. For organizations, business schools and professionals, the biannual is a leading source of next-generation thinking and research in this success-generating field of 21st-century business practice. The Journal provides insights and ideas to help readers lead the way in transforming their organizations to Customer-Value-led businesses. It addresses a broad range of topics to professionals so that they gain the customer-related savviness, adaptability and responsiveness to lead their market places into next forward-looking practices and achieve sustainable profitability.
The Journal will help institutions, executives and business schools think beyond administration, efficiency and the profit motive alone. Rather, it aims to show why the primary responsibility of a company and an executive is Customer Value Creation and how, by achieving this, long-lasting success is generated for employees, partners, unions, suppliers, shareholders and society.
Papers are those written with academic rigour, and will undergo a double-blind review.
Articles are shorter pieces written by practitioners on cases or Value Creating ideas and innovations. These articles will be vetted by the editorial board.
We would also like papers and articles written jointly or collaboratively by academics and practitioners, showing how value has been created or used in the corporate world or society, and (or) what new research is required to help practitioners in Value Creation.

Manuscripts and all editorial correspondence should be addressed to: jcreatingvalue-AT-sagepub.in and gautam.mahajan-AT-gmail.com. Affiliations with complete postal and email address of contributors must be provided along with their manuscript via email. Papers (4000?5000 words), Articles (approx. 1500 words) and Book Reviews (500?1500 words) may be submitted. No articles or papers will be accepted if promoting books, companies, consulting or the like by the authors.
