ESPA 2016 - Symposium on (Industrial) Emerging Signal Processing Applications
Topics/Call fo Papers
The 2nd International Symposium on Emerging Signal Processing Applications (ESPA) serving practicing scientists and engineers will be on Intelligent Systems and Applications, with strong emphasis on cutting edge practical signal processing applications. In 2016, ESPA is co-located with the IEEE Global Conference on Signal and Image Processing (GlobalSIP) to provide attendees exposure to product-viable algorithms and implementations targeting near term applications as well as the more forward-looking emerging signal processing techniques of a more academic flavor.
Attendees will learn about the current technologies from the major industry and academic players in the field, and about the future directions from visionary invited speakers. In addition to speeches and panel discussions on hot topics, we would like to highlight an industry show and tell session where attendees can enjoy demonstrations of novel applications of signal processing.
Submissions are welcome on topics including:
Big dataCloudcomputingConnected car and autonomous vehiclesDeep learning and AIDigital home Embedded technologies and devicesEmerging wearable devicesHeterogeneous processing for multimedia applicationsImmersive computing and user interfacesInternet of ThingsM2MOpen Source and StandardizationPersonal Agents and DevicesPersonal health and fitness monitoringRobotics
