DIVANet 2016 - 6th ACM Symposium on Development and Analysis of Intelligent Vehicular Networks and Applications (DIVANet 2016)
Topics/Call fo Papers
International Symposium aims to provide researchers and practitioners with a venue to disseminate and share state-of-the-art research on vehicular networks, intelligent transportation systems and wireless mobile ad hoc networking. Every paper submitted has been peer-reviewed by at least two referees from the Technical Program Committee. Based on the reviewers' recommendations, eighteen papers were selected for publication in this ACM proceedings and for presentation at the symposium.
Finally, we would like to thank the authors for their paper contributions and all of the reviewers for their timely feedbacks. We hope you will find this program interesting and that the symposium provides you with a forum of discussion and an opportunity to share ideas with other researchers and specialists from around the world.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Performance monitoring tools for wiireless and wired networks;
Perfomance tools for ad hoc, sensor, and ubiquitous networks;
Tracing and trace analysis;
Discrete and Continuous models;
Measurement architectures and systems;
QoS monitoring and sampling;
Measurement-based optimization of heterogeneous networks;
Performance analysis and evaluation of mobile services;
Automatic performance analysis;
Performance evaluation of wirelss sensor networks;
Mobility modeling and management;
Traffic modeling and engineering;
Prototype implementation of wireless/mobile networks and systems;
Techniques for prototyping wireless networks;
Valiadation through measurement and prototyping
Predictive performance models for ad hoc, sensor and ubiquitous networks;
Probabilistic models for ad hoc, sensor and ubiquitous networks;
Performance and power management control
Case studies demonstrating the role of performance monitoring and evaluation;
Applications of performance monitoring to improve QoS.
