We are very sorry to announce that we have to postpone again the opening of ICCOPT 2016 Web System which is necessary for your abstract submision and registration. We are waiting for a permission to construct the credit card settlement system, and it takes longer time than expected for the inspection. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the precise date the inpsection finishes, and what we know is that it is hard to get the permission before the middle of March. We will inform you through this web page when ICCOPT 2016 Web System is open.
In consideration of the delay of the opening of ICCOPT 2016 Web System, we have decided to reschedule the deadlines of summer school accommodation for both students and non-students, and abstract submission for parallel session. The new deadlines will be officially announced when ICCOPT 2016 Web System is open.

ICCOPT 2016, The fifth International Conference on Continuous Optimization, will take place in Tokyo, Japan, from August 6th to 11th, 2016. The summer school will be held from August 6th to 7th at National Olympics Memorial Youth Center (NYC), Yoyogi, Tokyo and the technical program from August 8th to 11th at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, Roppongi, Tokyo. ICCOPT is a flagship conference of the Mathematical Optimization Society, organized every three years. ICCOPT 2016 is co-sponsored by the Operations Research Society of Japan.
