The 11th International Forum on Strategic Technology 2016 (IFOST 2016) is organized by Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) in Novosibirsk. It is a unique and identifiable forum not only for an international conference to link academia but also to facilitate cooperation between academia and industries even including policy makers on strategic technology.
NSTU is one of the leading technical universities in Russia is situated in Novosibirsk, the 3rd largest city in Russia, administrative center of Novosibirsk Region and Siberian federal District, a big industrial and scientific center, as well as one of the largest logistic hubs. It is famous by the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings of IFOST-2016 and is indexed by IEEE Xplore and SCOPUS.
Submission Procedures
Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit a full paper, not exceeding 5 pages of A4-paper size, should be uploaded in IEEE double column format through the Easy Chair conference system. If you do not have an Easy Chair login, you have to create an account. The official language in the conference is English. Note that extra pages will be charged additionally.
