Image and Vision Computing New Zealand is New Zealand's premier academic conference on all aspects of Computer Vision, Image Processing, Visualisation and Computer Graphics.
IVCNZ has a 'B' conference ranking from the Australian Research Council and the proceedings are published with IEEE Explore, the IEEE's online library.
In 2010, IVCNZ returns to the South Island and will be held for the first time in Queenstown prior to ACCV. Queenstown is a popular and well known international resort town. There are numerous domestic flights for access, including some direct Australian flights and is about 4 hours drive from Christchurch, the closest major international hub.
