NOC 2016 - 21st European Conference on Network and Optical Communications, NOC 2016
Topics/Call fo Papers
21st European Conference on Network and Optical Communications, NOC 2016 will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from June 1st to 3rd, 2016.
NOC 2016 will bring together leading experts from both academia and industry interested in the optical networks area, optical communications (both fiber and free-space) and photonic devices. Hot topics such as optical mobile backhauling, optical interconnects, intra-datacenter networking, and software-defined optical networks will be addressed.
The technical program will include internationally recognized keynote speakers, technical sessions with oral presentations, as well as industry sessions that will bring together players from both suppliers and operators world. Also, an engaging conference social program will be offered to all the attendees. And, in your free time, you can enjoy Lisbon and its emblematic historical sites or just have a relaxing walk by the Tagus river side.
We therefore invite you to contribute to the event through involvement as patron, session organizer, presenter, delegate or contributor.
See you in Lisbon, at NOC 2016!
NOC 2016 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Photonics Society (http://www.photonicssociety.org/ ). Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (including Scopus). Top-ranking papers will be considered for extended-version fast-track publication in a mini-feature issue in a top rank journal (indexed in ISI and Scopus).
