Why should you attend: Giving up an old behavior is difficult. However, substituting a better behavior is fairly easy. You simply have to know how to do this. We will practice this "change - over" several times so that the participants will feel confident when they want to do this in the future. Learning how to re-structure your own brain patterns can be fun and easy. Useful today and forever.
