Submission

Papers should not exceed six (6) pages including results, figures, and references. All manuscripts must be prepared in the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format in PDF. Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be accepted via EDAS submission system (http://edas.info/N21928). All submissions will be subjected to a double-blind review procedure. Authors are expected to present their papers at the conference upon acceptance. Presenting authors are required to register for the conference. Presented and selected papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library (Conference code: 38023). Authors can use the standard IEEE templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats that can be found at:

IMPORTANT POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT

The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from in IEEE /Xplore®/) if the paper is not presented or does not meet IEEE’s quality standards.
Note: To be eligible for publication in IEEE /Xplore®/, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented by the author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the camera-ready manuscripts. Papers will be published in the JCSSE2016 Proceedings and submitted to IEEE /Xplore®/.
