Bayesian 2016 - Special issue on "Bayesian Nonparametrics"
Topics/Call fo Papers
International Journal of Approximate Reasoning (Elsevier) is pleased to announce a special issue on "Bayesian Nonparametrics"
The submission deadline has now been moved to January 31st, 2016.
The call of papers, including submission instructions, is available at
http://www.journals.elsevier.com/international-jou...
The aim of this Special Issue is twofold. First, it is to give a broad overview of the most popular models used in BNP and their application in Artificial Intelligence, by means of tutorial papers. Second, the Special Issue will focus on theoretical advances and challenging applications of BNP with special emphasis on the following aspects:
? Methodological and theoretical developments of BNP
? Treatment of imprecision and uncertainty with/in BNP methods
? Formal applications of BNP methods to novel applied problems
? New computational and simulation tools for BNP inference.
Submission guidelines
Authors should prepare their manuscript according to the Guide for Authors available from the online submission page of the IJAR at http://ees.elsevier.com/ija/. Authors must select "SI: Bayesian Nonparametrics" when they reach the "Article Type" step in the submission process. All papers will be peer-reviewed following the IJAR reviewing procedures.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
The guest editors Alessio Benavoli (alessio-AT-idsia.ch), Antonio Lijoi ( lijoi-AT-unipv.it) and Antonietta Mira (antonietta.mira-AT-usi.ch)
