Building upon the success of IS’02, IS’04, IS’08, IS‘12 (held in Sofia and Varna, Bulgaria), IS’06, IS’10 (held in London, UK), and IS’14 (held in Warsaw, Poland) the 8th IEEE International Conference on Intelli?gent Systems IS’16 shall continue the tradition of bringing to?gether top specialists in the broad area of intelligent systems. This forum is an opportunity for scientists from all over the world to share ideas and achieve?ments in the theory and practice of intel?ligent control, artificial intelligence, decision sup?port systems, neu?ral networks, soft computing, data mining and knowledge discovery, ontologies, machine learning, intelligent measurement, etc. Presentations should highlight con?temporary intelli?gent systems as a concept that com?bines theo?retical research and applications in auto?ma?tion, information technologies and measure?ment. All aspects of intelligent systems are of interest: theory, algorithms, tools, applications, etc.

Submission Guidelines
Original manuscripts not under consideration in other venues are solicited.
Submissions should adhere to the IEEE double column, single space format and should not exceed 6 pages. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference, for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings and the IEEE digital library.

- Invited session/Tutorial/Workshop decision notification: March 20, 2016
- Draft paper submission deadline: March 20, 2016
- Notification of acceptance: within 1-2 weeks
- Submission of final papers: May 15, 2016
- Early registration: before May 16, 2016
