SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND PUBLICATION INFORMATION
Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers by uploading them for the evaluation web site at:
https://barcelo.eventsair.com/PresentationPortal/A...
Submissions must be uploaded by January 22nd 7, 2016 and must be in PDF format no longer than 20 pages including all figures, tables, and references single space, font size of 12. A particular typesetting format to prepare the papers can be found at Springer LNCS templates (http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-...). Papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. The first page of the paper should include: title of the paper, name, affiliation, postal address, and email address for each author. The first page should also identify the name of the Contact Author and a maximum of 5 topical keywords and an abstract with no more than 150 words.
Submitted papers will be refereed by at least two reviewers in the field for originality, significance, clarity, and technical soundness. Notification and reviews will be communicated via email. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings, which will be published and they will be available on site. It is important though to follow the instructions in this page to ensure that your paper will be included in the proceedings. Please, note that all papers must have a registered presenting author.
All accepted papers will be presented at the conference and published by Springer in a volume of Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI) series (http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-...). Last but not least, it should be noted that the selected papers from the Symposium will be published in ‘Annals of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence’ (AMAI) journal. The journal submissions must be substantially expanded from any LNAI versions and will undergo a separate journal refereeing procedure
