We invite you to participate in the 8th annual Cracow Cognitive science Conference that will take place on 19th and 20th March 2016 at the Jagiellonian University’s Institute of Psychology on Ingardena 6 Street in Cracow. This year we will tackle on the general problem of “Intelligence”. Below we present some possible topics for a presentation:
What and how do we measure when we measure intelligence?
Intelligence and everyday life ? mutual influences.
Going beyond IQ ? alternative methods of intelligence measurement.
Relationships between knowledge and intelligence.
Limitations of intelligence in artificial systems ? Turing test and beyond.
Changes of intelligence in time ? the perspective of individuals, generations, species.
Biological basis of intelligence.
Effectiveness of intelligence enhancement methods.
Emotional and social dimensions of intelligence.
Intelligence without creativity, creativity without intelligence.
Any presentation of novel research in these areas is most welcomed.

The abstract should meet the requirements outlined in the submission template.
The conference fee for active participants amounts to 80 PLN (20 EUR). This covers conference materials alongside with coffee and lunch breaks, topped with a small surprise. Passive participation is free of charge.
