All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted and registered ones will be included in conference proceedings which will be published by IEEE CPS, and submitted to EI COMPENDEX indexing services.
Please note: the Conference organizers cannot promise any index services because the index service company has the final right to decide if the paper can be indexed.
