MIS4TEL 2016 - 3rd International Conference in Methodologies and intelligent Systems for Techhnology Enhanced Learning (MIS4TEL'16)

Education is the cornerstone of any society and is the basis of most of the values and characteristics of that society. Knowledge societies offer significant opportunities for new techniques and applications, especially in the fields of education and learning. Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) provides methodologies and technologies to support learning activities in knowledge societies. The role of intelligent systems, rooted in artificial intelligence, has become increasingly relevant to shape TEL for knowledge societies.
This 3rd edition expands the topics of the evidence based TEL workshop series in order to provide an open forum for discussing intelligent systems for TEL, empirical methodologies for their design or evaluation, and practical applications of learning methodologies in diverse fields. It intends to bring together researchers and developers from industry and the academic world to report on the latest scientific research, technical advances and methodologies.
MIS4TEL 2016 will be held in Salamanca (Spain) on June 1st-3rd, 2016, in parallel with the PAAMS'16 International Conference.
