She is a Certified Project Manager, Certified Business Recovery Planner; Certified Emergency Manager; and holds two International Master Level Certifications in Business Continuity. Ms. Redmond is a Board Certified Psychoneurologist (Crisis Psychology). She holds an MBA from Fordham University.
