Previously unpublished contributions from a broad range of topics in these areas are solicited, including (but not limited to) the following:
Communication theory and systems
Information theory
Coding theory
Mobile, wireless and broadband communications
Optical communications
RF, Microwave communications
Antennas and propagation
Satellite communications
VLSI for communications
Cognitive radio
Green communications

Optical networks and systems
Sensor networks
Ad hoc networks
Wireless and wireline networks
Vehicular networks
Security
Networks and services management
Performance analysis
Complex networks
Biological networks
Signal processing for communications
Image, video signal processing, and computer vision
Multimedia applications
DSP algorithms and architectures
Speech and audio processing
Biomedical applications
Computational and statistical methods
Language identification
Machine learning, pattern analysis, and classification
Large dimensional signal processing
Compressive sensing and sparse signal recovery
Researchers working in emerging fields of these areas are especially encouraged to submit original findings. Submitted papers should be of sufficient length and detail for review by experts in the field. The papers shall be limited to 5 pages in standard IEEE conference format.
