IFHT 2015 - International Forum for Health Tourism

The Amphitheatre Foundation in partnership with the Romanian College of Physicians, organises the seventh edition of the International Forum for Health Tourism in Bucharest, 18-20 November. The event is developed under the auspices of the National Authority for Quality Management in Health and the Medical Cluster ?Health Romania”.
The central aim of the International Forum for Health Tourism is to create a platform for discussing and promoting Romania’s potential as a destination for health and medical tourism. The event will have an international attendance gathering leading medical and tourism practitioners, as well as academics, representatives of Romanian public authorities, as well as national and international certification bodies in medical and health tourism.
The seventh edition of the Forum will examine what may constitute strengths of medical tourism destinations, paying particular attention to the quality of health services and to the international patients’ experiences and safety. Equally, the conference will address the issue of international competitiveness discussing different marketing strategies in the export of health services.
