IWSS 2016 - 2nd IEEE WCNC International Workshop on Smart Spectrum 2016

The second International Workshop on Smart Spectrum (IWSS) will be organized in conjunction with IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC 2016) and held at Doha, Qatar on April 3-6, 2016.
We are once again inviting researchers to submit their papers on spectrum measurement, spectrum utilization modeling, and their applications in dynamic spectrum access. You can find more information on the scope of the workshop on the About page.
