Scope
The International Conference on CYber physiCaL systems, iOt and sensors Networks (CYCLONE 2015) will focus on theoretical, simulation and experimental activities related to Wireless Sensors and Actuators Networks, Cyber Physical Systems, IoT, Platforms, Sensor Cloud. Contributions from federated and large scale experiments will be highly appreciated, particularly the ones showing the applicability of open hardware/software solutions. Key persons from the manufacturing sectors showing the relevance of sensing devices and specific hardware components will be invited together with people illustrating more and more "softwarized" and de-verticalized solutions.
Conference topics
CYCLONE aims at bringing together researchers from academia and industry to identify and discuss technical challenges, exchange novel ideas, explore enabling technologies, and report latest research efforts that cover a variety of topics including, but not limited to:
- Cyber-physical systems: theory, tools, applications, testbeds and field deployments
- IoT platforms: Theory tools, testbeds and field deployments
- Sensor Network applications: Transportation, energy, water, agriculture, ecology/environment, supply chains, medical, assistive technology, social networks, robotics
- Topics related to Wireless Sensors and Actuators Networks, Cyber Physical Systems, IoT, Platforms and Sensor Cloud: Security, privacy control, optimization, machine learning, game theory, mobile and cloud computing, model-based design, verification, data mining, signal processing, human-in-the-loop, shared or supervisory control
