The Third IEEE/CIC ICCC International Workshop on Internet of Things (IoT 2015),
November 2-4, 2015, Shenzhen, China
The first and second IEEE/CIC ICCC International Workshops on Internet of Things (IOT) were held successfully on August 12, 2013 in Xi’an, China, and October 13, 2014 in Shanghai, China, respectively. And two reports about these workshops appeared in IEEE Communications Society Global Communications Newsletter (GCN) within IEEE Communications Magazine (http://www.comsoc.org/files/Publications/Magazines... and http://www.comsoc.org/files/Publications/Magazines...).
The workshop aims to provide a forum for authors to present early research results on Internet of Things (IOT) that advance the state of the art and practice in Internet of Things (IOT), including theoretical principles, tools, applications, systems infrastructure, and test beds for Internet of Things (IOT).
Topics of interest include (but not limited to) the following:
- Theoretical Foundations of Cyber-Physical Systems/Internet of Things
- Modeling, Analysis and Synthesis Techniques
- Architectures for Cyber-Physical Systems/Internet of Things
- Building Blocks for Cyber-Physical Systems/Internet of Things
- Systems Abstractions, Services and OS Support
- Evaluation Approaches and Metrics
- Novel Cyber-Physical Systems/Internet of Things Applications
- Industrial Internet of Things
- Detailed Case Studies
- Security/Privacy
A keynote speech will be given by Prof. Zili Shao at Hong Kong Polytechnic Univ.
The workshop accepts only novel, previously unpublished papers. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a 5-page standard IEEE conference style paper to this workshop (including all text, figures, and references) through EDAS submission system (https://www.edas.info/newPaper.php?c=20971). One additional page may be allowed but with additional publication fee. Accepted papers must be presented at the workshop. The presenter must register for the workshop before the deadline for author registration. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of the paper from the workshop proceedings and the program. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ICCC 2015 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®, and indexed by Engineering Index (EI). In addition, the accepted papers could be recommended to IEEE Internet of Things Journal (http://iot.ieee.org/journal), KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems (http://itiis.org/) and IEEE Access (http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publica...).
